A word or two about us

Liz Nidd launched her business in 1997 after working in the Dunedin real estate market for many years. She wanted a business that set new standards in terms of ethics and values, attracted the best people and properties and was totally committed to providing the best service to buyers and sellers. The best price for the seller, with as little stress as possible has always been the company’s focus.

Initially a franchised business, the move to being totally independent has allowed the business to further grow and flourish while doing business the way people in the South like to do it.

Having now been in the industry for 20 years Liz is very proud of her team who have a huge wealth of experience, including a number of agents who have over 10 years of industry experience. A business management role is taken by Joe Nidd who has extensive experience in IT and real estate. The team is supported by the company and given continuing education in all facets of the industry.

The business has a strong sense of corporate responsibility and is involved in sponsorship of the Arts and has over recent years raised in excess of $150,000 for Guide Dog Services through their annual ‘Guide Dog Auction’.

The office at 211 High Street specialises in Residential and Lifestyle Property Sales throughout Otago and also offers a dedicated Auction facility, while our specialist Property Management team work from our office in the hub of the Campus on the corner of Great King and Albany Streets.
